ReplyDesk provides written replies to your business's online reviews for $49 CAD per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe until cancelled. You are responsible for reviewing replies and for anything posted on your profile. We aim to deliver replies within 24 hours of a review appearing but do not guarantee ranking, rating or sales results. We may decline to reply to reviews involving legal, medical or safety disputes. Either party may cancel at any time. ReplyDesk is not affiliated with Google LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province where ReplyDesk operates.
